Since our last update, we have completed the excavation at Kira Lane Cove with 17,000 cubic metres of the sandstone site excavated which will provide a solid foundation for the construction of Kira. 

Construction at Kira has now commenced with the tower crane installed and trades working in formwork, steel, post tensioning and concreting starting to construct and pour the concrete slabs. We have also started to install the structural columns on the northern side of Kira, nearest to Mowbray Rd, so you can now start to see Kira Lane Cove’s footprint come to life. 

Over the next few weeks, you will be able to see even more of Kira taking shape as we start to pour more levels and move towards starting construction on some of the apartments in March.
